Career Highlights:
Bisguier was the U.S. Senior Open title-holder in 1989, 1997, and 1998.
Arthur won the 1950 U.S. Open championship, and held every major American title, including the U.S. championship from 1954 to 1957, and again in 1959.
1954 he was the Pan-American title-holder, and winner of the 1960 speed championship.
Bisguier twice represented the U.S. in international team matches with Russia.
