Enter the full city and state — for example "Minneapolis, Minnesota". Searching just "Minneapolis" or "Minnesota" returns every athlete associated with a team in either place, such as the Minneapolis Lakers or Minnesota Twins.
How do I find athletes who were active in a specific decade?
Search for the decade written as "1970s" (not "1970’s"). The search matches athletes who competed during that period.
How do I search by Hall of Fame?
Searching "Hall of Fame" returns every inductee across all halls. To focus on one, search for it by name — for example "Pro Football Hall of Fame", "International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame" or "New York Jewish Sports Hall of Fame".
