The newcomer averaged 10.1 points and 4.6 rebounds a game, second on the team in both categories. Amy enjoyed some great games that year, on November 17 she scored 11 points and took down 8 rebounds. On December 15, she led the team with 16 points and 9 boards against Luther College, while a month later she took 7 rebounds and scored 18 points against Trinity University. In the 29th of November game at Maryville College Lady Scots, Amy was fearsome as she chalked up 26 points and 11 rebounds. However, second round rivals Thomas More proved a bridge too far for DePauw, and they were eliminated 68-63. Argetsinger helped lead a late comeback attempt, with a layup on a 0:32 clock but it was too little too late. She enjoyed a 13 point, 10 rebound double-double.
