Stan "Tex" Rosen
Stanley Rosen
Rosen captained the Rutgers University football team in 1928, and played one season in the NFL. He later coached in New Jersey at Perth Amboy High School.

Rosen played as a back for Rutgers in the mid-1920s. In his first two seasons, the Scarlet Knights had a combined record of 7-10. In 1928, Rosen captained the squad that compiled a record of 6-3.

After graduating, Rosen played in eight NFL games for the Buffalo Bisons in 1929, the last year of the franchise. The team finished tenth in the league with a record of 1-7-1. Two of Stan's teammates on the Bisons were linemen Frank Glassman and Art Dorfman.
