Birth and Death Dates:
unknown

Career Highlights:
Bloch was a midfielder for the French soccer team at the 1900 Games, the first time the sport was attached in the Olympic program. Medals were not awarded because soccer was a demonstration sport, and countries allowed club teams to choose the players instead of the selection being made by the National Olympic committees. The competition was held during the World Exhibition of Paris, which ran simultaneously to the second Olympiad. Bloch played for Club Francais Paris, which finished in second place after losing to England's Upton Park Football Club 4-0 and beating Belgium's Belgian Student XI club, 6-2.
