Besides being a top world player, Barbara also won the USTA Girls' 18 Super National Hard Court Championships twice -- in 1954 and 1955. She was twice ranked in the top ten in the world: No. 8 in 1955, and No. 7 in 1957. Breit and her partner George Druliner finished second in mixed doubles at the Gallys Cup Tournament in 1954.
