Pablo Eisenberg

Eisenberg was an outstanding tennis player in the early 1950s. After graduating Princeton, he studied at Oxford, and also served in the army for two years. His father, a musician who billed himself as the world's "second greatest cellist," named his son after his own musical idol, Pablo Casals. In 1999, Eisenberg was made the senior fellow for the Center for the Study of Voluntary Organizations and Service at the Georgetown Public Policy institute.

Career Highlights:
Eisenberg was ranked No. 30 in singles in 1953, and No. 9 in doubles in 1954. He competed at Wimbledon as well as the 1953 Maccabiah Games. In the Maccabiad, he won the men's doubles title with partner Grant Golden.
