Victor Harry Frank Sr.

Frank was a football player at Penn in the late 1910s, and is the father of Victor Frank Jr., a former Olympic discus thrower and Yale football player.

Career Highlights:
While at the University of Pennsylvania, Frank was named Tiny Maxwell All-America second team guard, and All-Middle States second team in 1918. That year, Penn had a record of 5-3-0. In the third game of the 1919 season, Penn scored 89 points in a game against Delaware and finished the year with a record of 6-2-1. In 1920, they won their first four games before losing their next four. They salvaged the season by defeating Columbia and Cornell in the final two games of the season to finish with a record of 6-4-0.
